History of the Ministry
Shout Assembly/ Shout To The World Ministries, Inc began in March of 2000 in Warsaw, KY. That Sunday morning a total of 44 persons attended that day including 22 that Pastor Tim & Denise had never seen before. Others in attendance included family, friends and faithful supporters. The Ministry continued to grow over the years as God began to birth and expand His vision to throughout the Tri-State region. In 2006, it was decided to relocate the ministry to the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati Ohio area near the Greater Cincinnati International Airport for larger regional influence.
The ministry has seen many achievements and notable accomplishments since March of 2000, including the opening of our school of ministry - The Shout Assembly School of Biblical Studies (SASBS). Pastors Tim and Denise have a passion to raise up men and women to take God’s Word and healing power to the nations. This mandate, which was given to Pastor Tim in the summer of 1999, became the vision manifest in 2002 with the opening of SASBS. Currently students attend a two year biblical studies based program utilizing curriculum developed by Oral Roberts University. The Shout Assembly School of Biblical Studies received notable mention in the March 2004 edition of the "Ministries Today" magazine and is a recognized participant in the ORU Bible Institute program. The ministry is in the process of believing God for a facility in Northern Kentucky for its International Headquarters and ministry school campus. Pastor Tim & Denise have a vision to build a Charismatic Christian University in the region that will equip the saints and fulfill God's mandate to "...send His healing power to the nations..."
Pastor Tim Osborn is a current student of Oral Roberts University and Thomas More College. Pastor Tim preaches the Word of God with emphasis on practical application for success in everyday life. Pastor Tim is a man of faith who believes he is called to inspire the Body of Christ to believe for the impossible and to walk in their God given place of authority and dominion through love, excellence and integrity.
Pastor Denise Osborn is Co-Pastor/Co-Founder of the ministry and is a woman of God who ministers with grace and mercy. She is a beautiful example of how to overcome your fears in life to achieve God's will. Pastor Denise will touch you with her compassion and living example of love. Her call is to nurture women into a place of honor and wholeness.
Shout Assembly/ Shout To The World Ministries, Inc. is a member of the Creflo Dollar Ministerial Association (CDMA) founded by Pastor Tim & Denise's spiritual parents - Dr. Creflo & Taffi Dollar. Pastor Tim & Denise Osborn also are successful business leaders and business consultants in the areas of real estate development, finance, leadership training, policy development and entrepreneurship. Pastor Tim and Denise also are developing a publishing company, media production company and other christian business ventures.
Pastor Tim and Denise Osborn currently reside in Northern Kentucky with their three lovely children.

Annie is more than a Christian entertainer--she is a living miracle!
Annie Meadows has a beginning of being born with no breath and coming back to life. She has a history of practicing witchcraft, the occult, doing drugs, and a pregnancy ending in abortion. A life of struggling with cancer and an ongoing heart defect...and then almost taking her own life from lonliness and despair.
But Annie is more that a survivor praising God that He held on long enough to get her to where she is today--not being on stage, but walking with the Lord. She knows how her life has changed and she wants others to experience the joy and peace she now knows in her life.
This former rock n' roller has traveled internationally and worked with prominent Christian artists such as Jars of Clay, Michael O'Brian, Darrell Mansfield, White Heart, Sheila Walsh, Rebecca St. James, Ashley Cleveland, and others! She has had the opportunity to sing in sevices at renown churches from Coral Ridge Ministries (Dr. D. James Kennedy) in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, to Horizon Fellowship (Pastor Mike Macintosh) in San Diego, California. Annie has released five albums and has 2 songs on the Faithrunner compilation project.
With a desire to reach out to the Native Americans, she has made time in her busy tour schedule to come to the reservation and nearby Gallup for 2 evenings of testimony and music.
